Based on her global quest to connect with women all over the world, award-winning actress and makeup artist Eva DeVirgilis presents an original work, In My Chair (March 2-24, 2019). What started as an internationally renowned TEDx Talk, flourished into a research trip to gather eye-opening perspectives on self-esteem, body image, and often unrealistic 21st Century beauty standards. Join DeVirgilis on her journey to find out why beauty is so closely tied to self-acceptance. Gloria by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, is a sharp satire that exposes workplace toxicity at its most volatile. What starts as a normal day for a group of young, ambitious editorial assistants abruptly turns into anything but, and when their life-changing experience offers the opportunity they have all been waiting for, their fight to have their story told becomes more ruthless than ever. Laine Satterfield is an award-winning actress who also served as the Director of Education for Cadence Theatre Company. She has worked extensively with both children and adults. After two sessions with Laine, you’ll be confident and ready to get on that stage. Who knows? This could be the start of something big!

Sing Your Heart Out
Adult or child, beginning or experienced, these two private vocal coaching sessions (one hour each) will have you singing better than ever. Stephen is a private vocal coach whose students have gone on to pursue their dreams in LA, NY and DC. He has been musical director for countless productions, including Virginia Rep’s A Christmas Carol, South Pacific, They’re Playing Our Song, Cowgirls, Fabulous Liptones and Junie B. Jones and numerous Cadence and Firehouse productions. Clients have appeared on Broadway in Finding Neverland, Great Comet of 1812, Book of Mormon, Mamma Mia, The King and I and Peter Pan and have matriculated in schools such as Carnegie Mellon, the Boston Conservatory, Manhattan School of Music, NYU, Northwestern and Michigan.
